Objectives for environmental management from 2004 to the end of 2010:

1. By the end of 2010, specific dust emissions should be reduced below 1kg per tonne of aluminium products, and gas fluorides should be kept below 0.5kg per tonne of primary aluminium.

2. By the end of 2010, specific greenhouse emission expressed in the CO2, equivalents should become below 1.65 tonne per tonne of primary aluminium.

3. By the end of 2010, the mass flow of the total organic carbon (TOC) emission into the atmosphere should be reduced by 45% in comparison to 2006.

4. By the end of 2010, specific quantities of waste should be reduced by 10% in comparison to 2007.
