Operating for more than fifty years also means a tradition of many years. Tradition can be expressed in activities that are cultivated also today and these activities represent the social responsibility of our factory.

Most of these activities started before the factory's operation and 1950 can be shown as the starting point. Since then we have managed to help and encourage our employees and other people that have needed help from us.

Our main mission is to care for health and education and to improve the long-term living quality of all people.

We are very active in different sports (football, cycling etc.).

We are highly aware of our responsibility for making possible the further development of a healthy and safe environment.

We also have a well-organised syndicate, which is responsible for sport and cultural events and it also finances them in part. We have visited Vienna, Salzburg, Venice, Budapest and Florence and also Slovenia is beautiful. Blood donations have been considered as one of the most important humanitarian acts in Talum for a long time. Caring for health is taken as a serious obligation to the environment where we all live and work.
