In the interest of employees

We want to enable all employees, during their active working period, to save for the time when they leave the labour market. Together with some large companies we have founded Pokojninsko družbo A. Every month we send money to that company with the purpose of assuring supplementary insurance for the retirement for all our workers.

Deposited financial assets will make it possible for our employees to enjoy a better living standard and higher quality of life during their retirement.

Communication - Regular opinion and standing assessment is one of the communication forms of the employees and it presents guidelines for the improvement of the working areas.
