PUBLIC INFORMATION
A legal basis for an access to the public information is Law on Access to Public Information (the Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06 – an officially refined text with amendments and supplements; in continuation LAPI).
Expenses
An insight into a required public information is free of charge. Material expenses are charged for transmitting a copy, a photocopy or a computerised record of the required information.
